Rents and deposits for each community are on its page; each available apartment shows its current rent.
Pets
We're pet-friendly: one pet per apartment, 25 lb maximum, at least 2 years old, house-trained and non-aggressive, with management approval.
Unauthorized pets are a lease violation with a $1,000 fine.
Assistance animals
Service animals and approved assistance animals are not pets. If you have a disability and need an animal, call (256) 764-0731 to request a reasonable accommodation; we review every request individually and promptly. We do not charge pet fees, deposits or pet rent, and we do not apply breed, size or weight limits, to a service animal or an assistance animal approved as a reasonable accommodation. The pet rules apply to pets.
Rental criteria
A 650 credit score is required at Alpine Village, Cypress Gardens and Cambridge Arms, and 600 at our other communities. Co-signers are welcome; a co-signer's score must be 20 points higher.
We do not currently participate in the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program.
How to rent with us
- Find an apartment on Available Apartments (or call us and we'll suggest some).
- Tour it in person — book a showing online or call (256) 764-0731.
- Apply online through AppFolio and pay the $50 application fee.
- We review your application, including credit, and let you know.
- Sign your lease online, pay your deposit, and pick up your keys.
