Hensley-Thompson Properties manages apartment communities and commercial space across Florence and the Shoals. Our office is on site at Alpine Village, and the same local team handles leasing, maintenance and resident support.
We look after our buildings and grounds, answer maintenance calls day or night, and keep everything you need — applying, paying rent, requesting repairs — online and simple. We're glad to help you find the right apartment, and we treat our residents like neighbors.
